We take the security and privacy of your personal data seriously but we do need to gather and use ‘Data” about your as part of our business and to manage our relationship with you. We are committed to complying with our Data Protection legal obligations.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect personal data about you from enquiry to project completion in relation to our dealings with you as a client including project management and account handling.

Contact Form – When using the Contact Form we ask you for your name (required), email (required), and your Comment (required). We keep the details entered for as long as the enquiry takes and this can vary from weeks to years depending on the level of your enquiry, more details can be found in our Data Protection Policy (at request). We do not use the information submitted for marketing purposes. We only use this information to process your enquiry.

Who We share your data with
Sometimes we might share your personal data with group companies or our business partners, contractors and agents to carry out our obligations under our contract with you or for our legitimate interests.

How Long We Retain your Data
We keep the details entered for he enquiry takes and this can vary from weeks to years depending on the level of your enquiry, more details can be found in our Data Protection Policy (at request).

Past and Present Project Customers:
We must store most of your data for a period of at least 6 years following the completion of your project; some personal financial data will be destroyed after 2 years; Health and Safety information must be held for a minimum of 40 years.

What Rights you have over your data
You have the right to request information about how we process your personal data. A copy of that personal data and that anything inaccurate is corrected immediately.
You can also raise an objection about how your personal data is processed, request that we erase any personal data we hold about you and ask that the processing of your personal data is restricted in certain circumstances This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Any request must be done in writing. If we receive such a request, we will forward it to the Data Protection Manager who will coordinate a response.

How we protect your data
All data is stored on an encrypted secure system. We only hold data for a reasonable amount of time and do not sent it to any third parties whom wish to contact you for marketing purposes.

What data breach procedures we have in place
We have robust measures in place to minimise and prevent data breaches from taking place. Should a breach of personal data occur (whether in respect of you or someone else) then we must take notes and keep evidence of that breach. If the breach is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, then we must also notify the Information Commissioner’s Office within 72 hours.
